What we collect

Account data: name, e-mail, company, phone, country, GSTIN and address you provide.
Design files: CAD files, drawings and notes you upload, plus measurements derived from them.
Transactions: wallet top-ups, quote fees and orders. Card data is handled by the payment gateway, not by us.
Technical data: IP address, log-in times and basic usage logs for security.

How we use it

To create estimates, manufacture and deliver parts, communicate with you about quotes and orders, prevent fraud and improve the service. With your consent we may send product updates; you can opt out at any time.

AI processing

To read drawings and estimate manufacturing parameters, file contents may be sent to an AI provider configured by us (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) under their API terms, which do not allow them to use API data to train their models by default. Measurements of 3D models are taken in your browser.

Your files are private

Uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder and are accessible only to you and our authorised staff. We never publish or sell them.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active and as required for tax and legal records. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
