CNC Machining

Instant CNC Machining Quotes — Turning & Milling Online

Precision turned and milled parts from one prototype to thousands, priced from your CAD in seconds.

What you get

  • 3, 4 & 5-axis milling, CNC turning and turn-mill
  • Tolerances to ±0.01 mm with grinding
  • Raw stock sized to the nearest standard bar or plate
  • Anodizing, plating, heat treatment and inspection add-ons

How we price cnc machining

We take the exact volume and bounding box from your 3D model, choose the smallest standard round bar or plate that encloses the part, and price the material at today's rate per kg. Machining time is calculated from the volume removed and the surface area to finish, adjusted for complexity and tolerance, then multiplied by the machine-hour rate. Setup is charged once per order, so unit prices drop as quantity grows.

Instant prices are approximate estimates, not final offers. Every order is confirmed by an engineer before production.

Frequently asked questions

How is raw material sized for machining?

The engine compares the smallest standard round bar and the smallest standard plate/block that fully enclose your part with machining allowance, and uses the lighter one. Turned parts use the bar diameter, not the diagonal.

Which machines are used?

Round parts go on CNC turning centres (turn-mill when they need flats or cross holes); prismatic parts on 3-axis VMCs, with 4-axis or 5-axis machines for complex parts.

Can I get tighter tolerances?

Yes — choose Precision or High precision. High precision adds grinding of critical surfaces.
